We want to provide a flexible service, maximise a persons potential, be culturally sensitive, be progressive and goal focused and exceed the NSW Disability Inclusion Act 2014.
Flintwood was established in 1999 when we became incorporated ready to start services in 2000. The Organisation was developed from a group of dedicated parents and workers of Holroyd School.
